By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

DIY SMM helps businesses automate social media posting using AI-generated captions and banners, connected to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Features and posting limits depend on your selected plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription on the Starter, Growth, or Pro plan, billed according to the plan selected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the terms of service of any connected social media platform. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Social Media Integrations

Connecting a social media account authorizes the Service to publish content on your behalf via that platform's official API. You can disconnect any account at any time, which stops future posts to that platform.

7. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your brand assets and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to generate, store, and publish content to your connected accounts as directed by you or by the Service's automation settings.

8. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected plan period. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing where accuracy is critical. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY Schools is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
